Mosquitoes generally survive by feeding on human and animal blood. T
hey, use their thin, sharp, and elongated mouthpart to puncture the skin of the host and suck up the blood. Mosquito bites are synonymous with the summer and monsoon seasons in every place. Generally, mosquito bites can be painful and annoying, especially if they continue to itch long after the mosquito bit you. Nowadays, everyone knows that few diseases can spread through mosquito bites. There are few symptoms when mosquito bites.
Symptoms of mosquito bites
• A puffy, white, and also reddish bump that appears a few minutes after the bite
• A hard, itchy, reddish-brown bump, or multiple bumps, appearing a day or so after the bite or bites
• Small blisters instead of hard bumps
• Dark spots that look like bruises
• A large area of swelling and redness
• Low-grade fever
• Hives
• Swollen lymph nodes.
