Every time the winter wind blows, it takes some of our skin’s moisture with it. And for many people, the cold days of winter bring more than a rosy glow to their cheeks. They bring uncomfortable dryness to the face, feet, and hands. Cosmetics are great and all, but they’re just dry skin treatments, not prevention. Sometimes they do annoying things such as smearing all over your phone screens or stopping you from turning a doorknob. And for some people, the problem is worse than just a generally dry and tight feeling. They get dry skin that results in cracking, flaking, and even eczema.
