Why do you have dark eye circles problem?
As we all know, lack of sleep and adequate rest, overstressing eye muscles as well as constant eye rubbing can make you look tired with those dark under-eye circles. Drinking a lot of caffeinated beverages like coffee and soda, or eating something you’re allergic to, can cause puffiness and dark circles underneath the eyes. Allergies can cause your eyes to itch. When you frequently rub your eyes, tiny capillaries under the skin get irritated and break, causing puffiness and discoloration.
Most common allergenic foods include berries, buckwheat, chocolate, cinnamon, citrus fruits, coconut, peas, peanut butter, pork, shellfish, corn, dairy products, egg whites, mustard, nuts, soy, tomatoes, wheat, and yeast.
