CoQ10 is a fat-soluble antioxidant that is naturally produced in human bodies that is stored in the mitochondria of your cells and obtained from dietary sources. The mitochondria are in charge of producing energy. They also protect cells from oxidative damage and disease-causing bacteria or viruses.
